4 oz Cream cheese
1 tsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener by Lakanto
2 tsp Matcha Latte powder by Lankanto
2 tsp Chia seeds
Combine 4 oz cream cheese, 1 tsp sweetener, 1 tsp chia seeds and 1 tsp matcha latte powder.
Form mixture into 8 small balls.
Sprinkle remaining tsp of matcha latte powder onto balls and gently roll to coat.
Sprinkle remaining tsp of chia seeds onto balls and gently roll to coat.
Freeze until firm. Store in freezer until ready to eat.
