Started keto again with some awesome egg muffins! 2g of carbs for two!

Recipe for 6 muffins:

  • 6 eggs

  • 60-70 grams of cooked bacon

  • 1 shallot

  • 75 grams of shredded cheese

  • Salt and pepper

  • slice of jalapeño on the top

Mince the shallot and cut the cooked bacon. Divide among a well greased muffin tin (I used butter). Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, add the cheese. Pour into the muffin cups. Put it in a preheated oven (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes enjoy!
